Join the 100 Black Men of Western PA

As a Mentor

To join the 100 Black Men of Western PA as a mentor, you are required to be at least 21 years of age and have a sincere desire to serve the community.

If you feel that you meet these requirements, you will have two choices for signing up.

1. Print out the following form, fill it out and send it to the following address:

2. Fill out our online form which will be automatically sent via e-mail. The second method is faster.

As a Mentee

To join the 100 Black Men of Western PA as a mentee, you are required to be in the 8th Grade or above. Mentees must be enrolled in a Western PA school.

If you feel that you meet these requirements, have a parent / gaurdian fill out the following form who will be contacted by the 100 Black Men about membership.
